"Honestly felt a bit fooled"
I was really hoping these would make a nice surprise, but the flowers looked sad when they arrived. The recipient was disappointed, and I couldn’t help feeling like I’d been fooled by the pictures online

"Flowers arrived a day late"
I ordered flowers for a birthday and picked the delivery date for a reason. I was already feeling rushed trying to get everything together, so when the flowers didn’t show up until the next day, it was really frustrating and kind of ruined the whole point. The tracking didn’t help either, it just kept changing and gave me no real idea of what was going on. For what UrbanStems charges, getting them there on time shouldn’t be this difficult. I don’t think I’ll use them again.

"Still waiting on my refund, and the replacement was no better"
I’m not trying to be dramatic here, but this was frustrating. Support kept telling me to wait and the refund never actually showed up. Then the replacement finally arrived, and it was dead too. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect either a working product or my money back.

"Pretty bouquet, but I’m not sure it was worth it"
The flowers looked nice when they arrived, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but a few of the stems already felt kind of soft. The bouquet was also smaller than I expected, though the colors were really pretty. It lasted a few days, so it wasn’t bad exactly. I just keep wondering if I expected too much for the price, but it didn’t feel quite as fresh as I’d hoped

"Box showed up kinda rough"
The flowers were totally fine and still looked nice, but the box was beat up when it got here. It was dented and just looked kinda messy, so not the best first impresison.

"Fresh and on time, but not what was pictured"
The flowers arrived on time and they were definitely fresh, so I’ll give credit for that. But the arrangement didn’t look much like the photo I ordered from. The colors were kind of similar, but it was noticeably less full and had different flowers than expected. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect the bouquet to match the picture a lot more closely, or at least be upfront if substitutions are going to change the overall look. It wasn’t awful, but I do think they should take more responsibility for making sure customers get what they paid for.

"Nice flowers, but Customer Service was Slow"
The flowers looked really nice and I was happy with them overall, but getting a reply from customer service took longer than I Expected. They did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, I just wish the response time had been a bit Better.

I ordered flowers expecting them to show up on the right day, but they completely missed it!!! I didn’t really get any helpful updates either, so I was just left wondering what was going on!!! Frustrating experience overall!!!

"The tracking updates were so frustrating"
The tracking updates didn’t help at all. I kept checking, hoping for some clarity, but it felt completely useless and just made the whole experience more stressful.

"Nice flowers, but the subscription was a hassle"
I wanted this to be an easy little flower subscription, but it ended up being more frustrating than it should’ve been. One delivery was really nice, but a couple showed up late and one box looked tired by the time it got to me. The most annoying part was canceling, it felt like such a simple thing was made harder than necessary. Overall, not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

"Confusing info and no real fix"
I’m frustrated with the whole experience. The website made it seem like my issue could be handled one way, but when I contacted support, I got a totally different answer and it just left me confused. In the end, they never actually fixed the problem, so I’m still stuck where I started.

I ordered flowers from UrbanStems for my sister’s birthday, and to be fair, the delivery showed up right on time. I really appreciated that part because timing matters with gifts, and there were no issues there.
That said, the flowers themselves were a letdown. Some of the petals already had brown edges, and a few stems looked droopy as soon as I took them out of the box. I don’t expect every bouquet to look absolutely perfect, but these seemed tired from the start.

I followed the care instructions, trimmed the stems, and changed the water, but they only lasted about two days. For the price, I expected them to hold up better, especially for a birthday gift. I’d give them credit for the smooth delivery, but the freshness just wasn’t where it should’ve been...

"Am I the only one who found ordering a bit frustrating?"
Am I the only one who thought the site looked nice, but the checkout process was kind of a pain? It kept lagging on me, and what should’ve been a quick order ended up feeling way more annoying than expected.
